With over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker, I bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to the Cody market. Since making Cody my home in 1998, I’ve remained committed to staying on top of local market trends and fostering strong, positive relationships within the real estate community.

I represent both buyers and sellers with the understanding that every real estate transaction is personal, often emotional, and sometimes challenging. Clear communication and a client-first approach are the foundation of my business. I take the time to listen, understand, and guide my clients toward their goals, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

When I moved to Wyoming, I brought that same passion and drive to Coldwell Banker Antlers Realty, where I was honored to remain a top producer year after year. I was thrilled to join 307 Real Estate, the top-ranked firm in Northwest Wyoming, where I continue to serve my clients with the same dedication and enthusiasm that have guided me throughout my career.

Outside of real estate, I embrace everything Cody has to offer. Whether I’m riding horses, exploring mountain trails, snowmobiling, or enjoying a scenic ride on my motorcycle, or getting in some range shooting time, I thrive in the beauty and adventure of Yellowstone country. My loyal black lab, Aspen, is my constant companion and an adored part of my business—so much so that clients often ask for her to join in on property tours (and one thoughtful client even brings her toys for every holiday!).

I’m also an active member of Heart Mountain 3-Gun, Cody Shooting Complex, and Armed Women of America, where I enjoy sharing my knowledge and encouraging others—especially women—to feel confident and empowered in learning new skills.
