I will familiarize you with homes most like yours which have recently sold. With this information we will develop a listing price designed to attract top price. I will provide you a written estimate of seller equity. Explain marketing customs, showing procedures and selling practices.
Concluding The Sale:
I will promptly present all written contracts to you, even to the day of closing. We will carefully review the contracts to negotiate them competently on your behalf. Once SOLD, we will follow through with all home inspections and financing to the day of closing.
