I will provide you a written estimate of seller equity. Explain marketing customs, showing procedures and selling practices.

Concluding The Sale:

I will promptly present all offers to you, even to the day of closing. We will carefully review the contracts to negotiate them competently on your behalf. Once SOLD, we will follow through with all home inspections and financing to the day of closing.
