Realtor For Sale Signs:
If you see a For Sale sign on a property, even if it is another Realtors sign and you want to know the price and information, call me, I will get you all the information you need!

Ads in Papers or Magazines:
If you see an advertisement for a home, call me first. I will get you all the details. If you happen to call the listing agent, please tell them you are working with JoAnn Humphries at Coldwell Banker. I will represent you, the buyer!!

Searching Online:
Search JoAnn's Listings or visit Coldwell Banker Antlers Realty, Inc., Wyoming Area - Detailed Search or Realtor.com, a national home search site to see all the MLS listings. If you find a property that interests you, I can give you all the details. Simply note the ML number or the agent's name and phone number and give me a call or email me. I will arrange a showing.
